Washington Park Residence

Originally built in 1983, this hillside home has stunning views of Lake Washington but had unfortunate massing, rooflines, and interior layout in a dated contemporary style. The entire house was redesigned in a transitional style to better reflect the taste and needs of the owners. At the center of the new plan is a graceful, two story high curved stairway. The kitchen, library, and master suite were also completely gutted and rebuilt, and extensive new millwork, cabinetry, lighting, and finishes installed throughout the residence to create a gorgeous new home with timeless qualities.
