Laurelhurst Residence

This former one-story rambler was transformed into a modern, spacious home with 12.5' ceilings and a view of the mountains. The old kitchen was combined with a bedroom to create a mother-in-law unit, while the main living spaces were moved to a new second story to capture light and views. With contemporary detailing and bold colors, it provides a dramatic backdrop for comfortable living.

The home was featured as the AIA/Seattle Times Open House in May 2004
