Linden Avenue Townhomes
Located in Fremont with nice views of Queen Anne hill and downtown, this 4-unit townhouse project is designed as a gracious addition to the neighborhood. A combination of different siding materials, balcony and gable massing, and careful window placements provide a lively façade. We worked with the City’s Design Review process to get land use departures to allow front stoops to link the units directly with the sidewalk, thus increasing the sense of connection of the units to the neighborhood.
