This 2500 SF residence is one of four projects completed over the years by David Foster Architects in the 800 block of 22nd Avenue in Seattle. The daylight basement is designed to be converted to an accessory dwelling unit. Living spaces are on the top floor under lofted ceilings and take advantage of views of Mt. Rainier and neighborhood landmarks like the Immaculate Conception Cathedral and Garfield High School.
