Madison Avenue Mixed Use Building

This project involved the complete remodeling of the upper floor into offices and the restoration/remodeling of the façade.

On the outside, fake rock and plywood sheathing were removed and transom windows and brick surfaces restored. New detailing was added using historic photographs as a guide.

Inside, contemporary-styled offices were inserted into the original building shell, left exposed to reveal its structure and history.
